Sink or Sell CRM ("the app") is a web application that helps insurance producers manage leads, follow-ups, and related sales workflows. This policy describes what information the app processes and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you create an account or sign in.
• Lead and business data — contact details, notes, statuses, and other fields you enter or import into the app.
• Google account data (optional) — if you connect Google, the app may access your Google Calendar to create callback events and Gmail (read-only for lead import and compose for saving drafts) according to the permissions you approve during sign-in.
• Billing information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe, not stored directly by the app.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide and maintain your account and lead-tracking features
• Sync calendar events and Gmail drafts when you choose to connect Google
• Process subscriptions and enforce access controls
• Improve reliability, security, and support for the service

We do not sell your personal information. Lead data is used only to operate the app for you and your authorized team members.

Google API services

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the calendar and Gmail features you enable and is not used for advertising.

Data retention and security

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure used to run the app. You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings. Account and lead data remain until you delete it or close your account, subject to applicable law and operational backups.
